The client we partnered are a highly respected and well recognised top 10 global pharmaceutical organisation, at the forefront of innovation. The business has committed and proven capabilities of maximising the increasing opportunities to prevent and treat disease. It operates across a number of therapeutic areas including infectious diseases, HIV, respiratory/immunology, and oncology.

OVERVIEW

Due to increased business levels and limited headcount, the client was seeking a number of niche additional hires across their UK HEOR Group from Manager level through to Director. Headcount was managed on a project basis with no set timeframe in mind.

UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS

We hold a long-standing partnership with the client and have previously supported the engagement of other individuals into the group. For each position, we ensure we have a thorough briefing with the hiring manager to understand the intricacies and demands of each requirement.
